Your Timing

I trust in your time

I give myself to you.

You know what I need.

You know when.

The pace I set doesn’t work,

the work I do is

frenetic.

With your hand

at the base of my spine

propelling me at the

right pace

the

right things.

Your time,

not my time.

This is something
I must recall

when times are

tough to swallow.

When life
feels so hard to breathe through.

It is then

that

I must take the deepest breaths,

the longest pauses
and

have the greatest trust.

It is not blind trust.

It is proven

over
and
over.

Why then can I not remember
when I need to the most?
Stop

Drop

Trust.

Inhale

Exhale

Repeat.

And remember

Your Timing

Is Everything.
