Who’s TéO

I’ve long since wanted to be able to meet my guides. Ever since I went to a psychic and learned that we all have these spiritual non physical beings who are watching over their kind…us. They’re kind, gentle, forthcoming and want nothing more than to help us connect our lives to flow. The flow that we’ve forgotten about. They know that we know; that we’re cut from the same cloth as they. They want to help us remember our perfect spiritual self. We just have to cut out the noise and mental clutter that permeates our thoughts every waking and sleeping moment of every day.

My guides (yes we have many) are collectively called TéO. Which I found out means God in Spanish. How perfect. I’m being guided by God (aren’t we all?). This blog is a dedication to the thoughts and words that aren’t mine, that flow through me. How do I know they’re not mine? When I write what TéO wants me to write, i can’t keep up with the flow of words, my handwriting changes pretty drastically. When I write when it’s my mind dictating thoughts, they’re a lot slower and of course all over the place because my mind is thinking of a lot of different thoughts, and my writing is different. There’s no cohesion to my writing. This then is for TéO’s words to have a forum; to change lives as its changed mine.

Love writing about food and travel (www.thegalavantinggastronome.com) and my conversations with God (https://gitanjali.yoga). Born and raised in India. Sailor's daughter. Travel is in my DNA. Married to a scientist, who is a chemist professionally and in every other culinary way. Food, coffee, cocktails, BBQ, smoked meats, rubs, sauces...he experiments with it all - with way more wins than misses. We love the outdoors. Hiking, kayaking and camping make us happy. We are equal opportunity foodies. We love hole-in-the-wall little mom and pop places, and multi-coursed Michelin star meals as well. And, we love talking about what we love about the food, drink, coffee and anything else we get to try.
