Unity and Yin

Dear TèO, I signed up for the Unity course on Tuesday with the Living Soul Institute. I had a wonderful conversation with Kristin and we loved each other immediately. I feel like you are having me walk into a new chapter. Learning about the true teachings of Jesus – who he was, how he lived and how he loved. Today I awoke to meditate and do yoga. I absolutely loved Yin Yoga- so supported and so restorative- exactly what I needed.

I feel like my heart chakra is open for the first time in a long time. Thank you TéO for this opportunity to serve and speak without expectation of return.

I am excited to go down this path of yoga teacher training. I love what J said when I told him— that perhaps someday when we retired, we could move to Kauai and I could teach yoga and meditation there. What a dream come true that would be!

You are setting us up for a beautiful rest of our lives with all my dreams coming true TèO and it seems like there are going to be things that you didn’t ever dream of that you can’t even fathom that will be in your life. Stay grounded, stay in surrender and do not compete. Not through your children and not through your family. Keep yourself grounded and simple and let us take care of the rest of your life – your work, your purpose is unfolding now. Sit back and enjoy your show. You have earned it, we love you, and we love that you continue to be present with us. Continue to stay in the work, continue to bring people along on this path of self love, self awareness and peace and rest. This is your platform. This is our wish. This is your voice in action for us.

And so it is.

Amen.

Married to a scientist, who is a chemist professionally and in every other culinary way. Food, coffee, cocktails, BBQ, smoked meats, rubs, sauces...he experiments with it all - with way more wins than misses. We love the outdoors. Hiking, kayaking and camping make us happy. We are equal opportunity foodies. We love hole-in-the-wall little mom and pop places, and multi-coursed Michelin star meals as well. And, we love talking about what we love about the food, drink, coffee and anything else we get to try.
