I am with you all day everyday and there is no better way for you to remember me than by remembering this; when you breathe, you are in my arms, held, protected and secure. From here, everything you do, be and have originates.
Your breathing is the very first of my love for you. This is how I make you an extension of me.
Your inhale is my exhale and your exhale is my inhale.
We can never be separated because your very presence is the expression of my world and my creation. The perfection of breath, the simplicity of it all is that this is the only thing you need to focus on when life gets tough. If you can remember that your basic and holy existence lies in your ability to breathe, and if it in all your haste you can bring it down to this common denominator, then you are living life the way I intended. Life is not meant to be a struggle for you; you make it so.

You may not be able to control what happens to you, but you can control how you respond. Instead of responding from your head, what if you stopped to breathe first?
What if in that breath you realized you are always held and secure no matter what?
Would that change the way you respond?
Would you still function the same way or would you be able to bring your awareness and your problem to God and surrender to Him and let Him lead you to the solution.
Yes it can work this way, in real time, every single time.
Your job is to simply Breathe, and Surrender because in breathing you invoke the word of God. Your own personal symbol against despair, frustration, stress and sadness, like Batman’s bat signal in the city of Gotham.
Your victory lies not in toiling and sacrificing to find solutions or to live life that way. Your victory lies in simply trusting that God has your back, and before you act, you stop and breathe.
Breathing is everything. If you could be guided to the right answers, and your ideal life simply by breathing because it is in fact the word of God. Could you do it?
Could you stop activating life on your own terms just long enough to see what God’s activation for you would look like?
What if it was way better than anything you could ever dream or imagine?
What if all you ever had to do was Surrender to His word to then live the life beyond your wildest imagination?
