Trust Your Breath

It is my exhale that created you; you are my masterpiece creation. The Yin and the Yang refer to the harmony of the inhale and exhale, and it is here where it would behoove you to spend some time.

Learn about YOUR particular breath, understand the rhythm of your breath, your heart and your pulse. These are all interlinked and your CenterPoint. Your main area of focus. Humans don’t spend nearly enough time focused on their breath and this causes immeasurable problems, both physical and emotional. If you focus on breath you can’t help but harmonize all areas of your life. It also slows you down emotionally, physically and mentally and allows your spirit to thrive.

This pause in the day is all you need to create space for me to help you. To talk to you, to guide your hand and your heart and for you to make choices that will help yourself and those around you.

Take heed of your breath.

Allow yourself the luxury of deep breathing regularly throughout the day.

Trust that for this time, that can be your way of meditation or prayer. For in focusing on your breath you are focusing on how I created you, you are linking your breath to mine and you are allowing me to carry your burden, to lighten your load and your heart, even if it is momentary.

The weight being lifted will feel so remarkable, that I hope you will come back to it again and again and here is how you start your own conversation with Me.

Simply in bringing your breath to attention.

If you can do this for yourself, it will help me help you. You are held, loved and cherished always. But your life is too fast for you to remember this.

Your breath practice will serve this reminder always. For in breath, I am with you. When you exhale, I inhale. Your in breath is my exhale. It is when I instill my love for you into your being.

Trust in your breath and trust that it is the greatest exhibition of my love for you.

TéO is my name for God. But it is also interchangeable with my my guardian angels who send me messages, answer my questions and often take over my writing. This explains italics, pull quotes, headers and tense person changes. I’ve attempted to differentiate Their thoughts and words from mine. Learning to Let Go and Let Go(d). Trusting Surrender.
